Work from home, growth potential, leadership transparency, great teams that work well together - these are just some of the positives about working for Exigent. Every person works hard here and puts in their best effort, both individually and as part of the team. The leadership team does a great job of always being open and honest about goals, setbacks, etc. There is a mutual respect and trust among colleagues, and a great feedback system where you can share your thoughts and/or give recognition to peers. Very kind and accommodating to working parents, always encouraged to put family matters first, which for working mothers of small children in particular is huge! Working from home is amazing, but they do offer in person meetings and outings as much as possible. Overall this is a really solid company to work for and grow with. Highly recommend!

As a company looking to always push itself to the next level, at times there are growing pains that can be difficult to work through. There are definitely times where you feel like the workload is very heavy. That said, I think the leadership does a good job of recognizing when things are tough and helps steer the ship back on course as best they can.
