Unsound business plan. As a startup they kept pivoting and I'm not sure they ever consulted with a real financial/business expert to make sure their product offering is viable. Management keep their heads in the clouds and expect contractors to work without pay. Oh yeah, everyone is illegally classified as independent contractors when people are expected to work during normal 9-6 hours, and oftentimes late into the evening or during the weekends because the company is a mess. They also owe so much debt to past contractors, vendors, clients, which they are refusing to pay.
