If you're not as much of an outgoing communicative person, you'll possibly find yourself "isolated" fortunately I'm this things for my personality and the work environment meshed quite well.

Some cool people but not the ones who have worked there too long.

Injuries, dishonesty, air quality, training, unkept machines, revolving door of employees, unhappy atmosphere, lack of communication, terrible leadership, absolutely no accountability just people collecting a paycheck.
