Management is composed of the most incompetent fools imaginable. The turn over is so high you’d think management gets extra bonus for losing people. Zero upside to hard work, will result in no raises or promotions. The only thing management values is how much butt you can kiss and how much you fall in line. Keeping up with appearances and playing politics while puffing up management’s ego by saying how great all their idiotic decisions are is the only way you’re going to get anything at this company.
Layoffs are extremely common, if you want job security you won’t find it here.
If your favorite hobby is drinking the corporate kool-aid you’ll love it here, otherwise find anywhere else to work.
