Plenty of training opportunities (both company offered and external courses/field trips). Good culture with lots of young people in the workforce. Work-life balance has gotten a lot better (for geologists) with the opening of the DOC.

No 9 - 80's. Lots of recent turnover has management somewhat scrambling. There always seems to be construction on campus...
