New Management/Management style - micromanaging employees with ridiculous goal setting parameters and number crunching. High paid consultants changing the work structure and placing unrealistic expectations on employees. Got rid of knowledge base and being run by inexperienced "supervisors" with very limited experience. Bad morale.
