I worked at Expert360 for many years and saw the business evolve and progress through many phases. I am as confident now as I was when I joined the business is well positioned to continue to make inroads in the technology and contingent workforce space. The highlights: -Growth opportunities; I learned so much taking on different projects and helping to shape the business many times over. -Amazing leadership team; not always do you find an entire leadership team that is intelligent, ethical, driven and empathetic and be able to work closely with them. -Welcoming, positive and inclusive culture; it’s diverse, happy and silly. I appreciate that you don’t have to take yourself too seriously and can joke one minute and professionally dive into a large scale project the next. -Flexibility on work schedule and location; I worked semi-remote and with flexible hours for a while and its been supported for years not just a phase of the company since COVID. -Fun team of people to work with; always a new “Workout Wednesday” or Friday drinks planning going on. And a team of people that want to get together and hang out after work speaks volumes about how it is to work there day-in day-out.

For those that do not like the start-up culture with diversity of work and different challenges as the business grows, make sure it is a good fit for you. It is good if you like a challenge one day and then a standard day the next, but if you don’t like that it may not be the best fit.
