The environment is great, immediate PTO, everyone that works there literally treats you like family and there are work days that are more like team building

Hard to grow with the company, pay isn’t the best for the amount of stress

Cool projects! Great place for designers. They get extra perks. Trips to the lake, special Christmas party, etc. Creative director gets 5-6 weeks of vacation each year. (a week vacation each summer, a week for spring break with kids, up to a week for the masters, a week for Thanksgiving, a week for Christmas, and sometimes another vacation for winter or fall break or both) Everyone gets nice company parties, and has plenty of work if they can handle pace. Good coworkers.

Carpenters are easily replaceable. Poor training! Designers are not held accountable. Some management decisions make no sense. Some people are kept around in spite of incompetence and negativity. Owner wants carpenters to rear for their jobs.
