This is the most micromanaged, unnecessarily stressful job I have ever had. It is not worth $10 an hour. If you enjoy working for a lazy manager on a power trip, this is the job for you. I hope you like surprises because you will never leave on time and your schedule will be changed constantly. You don't have to remember anything you are told because it will be contradicted almost immediately. If you enjoy working in a sketchy neighborhood by yourself in the dark with tons of cash on hand to lure opportunistic criminals, you will fit in well. Keep in mind that management has no concern for your safety as long as the company's assets are protected. You are no longer an adult capable of making logical decisions because you will be treated like a kindergartener. Be prepared for terrible hours, inadequate pay and zero respect or flexibility. Do not go to work here.

the customers are great, the job isn't too difficult

the policies and procedures are not clear which make its hard to do your job properly, the pay isn't worth all the added work that gets piled on you, there is a high turn over rate and insurance benefits are very expensive
