Typically good management from the locations I’ve worked at. Easy to work your way up if you put in the effort. Fun and pretty easy job to have for anyone that just likes to be around cars and people.

The owner of the store is impossible to work for. Complete disrepect for employees. Also no advance in pay ever. When asked for a raise the owner would say no and that he would rather fire me and get a new employee. Bad morale when owner was around.
