Push their salaried management way too hard, forcing them to work 70+ hours a week because the company wants to keep costs down on labor and workers' health insurance. Company mandated managers not schedule any hourly employee for more than 20 hours per week, thus allowing them to not offer health insurance to those employees, therefore causing a great deal of turnover because the employees cannot support themselves on that amount of pay. Although they have some very good ideas within their business model, they failed to consider the costs of executing those plans accurately so as to not cause undue burden on their linelevel managers and employees.
