Long hours Security is a joke. You will deal with all kinds of unsafe issues from guests. Unrealistic goals from upper management Budgets low to where everyone struggles with supplies. Most local locations have to pull linen and wash them right away to put them back on beds. Be prepared for lots of texts, e-mails, conference calls about internal and social media scores. You are just a number in this company . I use to enjoy this industry, but working for this company has changed that. Most mangers are on the on the fence about leaving. High stress job, little reconstruction. Barley see upper management. Building are old, not upgraded, but yet the company continues to build new hotels. You’re expected to maintain scores and guest satisfaction to the same level as the new hotels. This includes audits.
