Buckle up. Its a long list. 1. Extremely toxic environment to work in. 2. The good ol' "Yes sir - Yes sir" culture is preferred. 3. Worst management that prefers to keep itself up on the tier list (like an acclaimed throne) 4. Daily boasting about how good we are and how brilliant of a work we do. 5. No regards for anyone's personal life and family. 6. Even managers keep pushing back people afraid that they might move above them. 7. One cannot even sit idle or take a break with being called up on. 8. Dirtiest politics among employees. I mean political parties play cleaner politics than these people. 9. Extreme backward thinking and no respect for boundaries. 10. Cheap Money-saving to the single penny. They have even cut salaries of people for coming 15 mins late in their office even though they have worked an hour late on those days.
