On your comment on work pressure I have mixed feelings. We are going through an enormous growth phase. This brings lots of opportunities to all of us to learn and improve our skills, a career path that few companies in India can give to the extend that we do. If we want to become world class professionals then pressure and hard work will have to be companions in the journey. We try and balance the work pressure through so many of our employee engagement activities. Once again let us discuss specifics in your context so that we are able to address your issue on this front.
