I was with Extract Labs for about 2 years and I loved the creative web team I was on, the projects we worked on were great, the vendors we worked with were top notch, and the manager in charge of the department was absolutely fantastic. We were allowed the freedom to work on what we thought was important and to really give input into the final product. The days actually started at 9-5 m-f, which never happens. With that said, there was always lots of cool work to do, never a dull moment. The facility is nice and in the heart of Lafayette. With all the different departments and entities this seasoned startup has going, there are lots of opportunities for cool projects and career paths. I had a fun time working for these guys and would recommend working for them to others.
