I like the fact the qualifications to promote in each phase is laid out for us. We had orientation and given a print out going over each level and expectations. We had hands on training by the Ceo herself. She set me down and asked me what my goals were. We set a plan of action for me to get to the next level and because of that I had direction and got promoted in 3 weeks of starting with the company. Now we have reset our goals and I am going for the next level of our business. We get our schedules 3 days in advance and she has open communication so that if we have docs appt we can communicate that to her and she can set the schedule around our needs. She was very hands on with training working side by side with us and recapping every day to see how we can improve the next day. I have never been able to make the kind of money that I make here and don't think that this type of education could have been accomplished in any school. I love that she is transparent with her experience and the business as a whole. I am inspired to come to work everyday because Chacacon holds herself accountable to everything that she expects from her team. I didn't expect that. Most bosses just say and don't do. She walked the walk.

No health insurance but she gave us all the resources needed to acquire it and gives us weekly bonuses to help pay for any expenses as long as we are compliant with doing the right things.
