Very proactive and communicative management. I think the company has selected a very good technology direction with their recent acquisitions - WLAN from Zebra, perfect for distributed networks like retail to complement the very good existing Extreme WLAN for typical enterprise and large venues, - the acquisition of the SPBm based Fabric Connect technology from Avaya Networking, - and the acquisition of the IP Fabric and large scale data center networking products from Brocade. All complement each other and the existing Extreme products. Also from an employee perspective, the IT organization is good - not trying to be restrictive, allowing the communications and workstation tools we need to do our jobs.
