Current CEO and his team of highly overpaid do nothings, have ruined this company beyond salvation. I would not recommend working here under the current leadership. The company continues to barely limp along, and is constantly chasing and trying to emulate industry innovators like Arista, Cisco, etc., rather than develop new technology. It continues to exsist for the benefit and enrichment of a very select handful of employees, as it does not invest in it's remaining employees or create new technology. Extreme is no longer an engineering company but a marketing company. No innovation here, just lots of acquisitions, rebranding, vaporware, and fancy marketing terms that change each week. Complete lack of direction from CEO and team have engineering constantly wondering what to work on. Employees here fear for their jobs every quarter due to mismanagement and lack of direction from the CEO. Very political and isolated teams, everyone is fighting for their job and is in constant fear of being laid off at the end of every quarter. No upward mobility. Do not recommend.
