- No serious training, despite the fact that this is a demanding position with high expectations. -Salary is average with no benefits. Other companies in the city offer more money with more benefits. -Management doesn't like to bring the topic "money". It is a taboo for them.

We do have product and sales training on the Dojo and would be interested to hear what improvements you suggest. We hope you had an opportunity to share with your manager and team.
