      I didn’t see any positive things working for extreme

      -Horrible management at least in the Brno office. - Nobody really cared what was going on in the team. -No trainings at all, they just threw us in the deep waters straight away. - we did mention many times that we need time and trainings to develop, but no actions were taken. -All of my colleagues left the company as soon as they got another opportunity.

      We are sorry to learn that you did not have a satisfying stint while here with Extreme. As an organization we are critically focused on constantly upskilling our employees and it is really unfortunate that you had a different experience and we wish your HRBP was made aware while you were here so that we could have taken necessary and timely action.       I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
