Extreme is a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, and we leap-frogged Cis*o last year. :-) Solid leadership. Great culture. Awesome people. Differentiated technology that is superior to the "typical" networking players.

      Would like to see the purse strings loosened up a little bit to add headcount. There's a LOT of work to be done, and at times we can be stretched a bit thinly. At times there's a challenge brand recognition, but that seems to be dissipating a bit. On-boarding is very ad-hoc, but at least they know about it and are working on it.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
