Company is making great strides in the supply chain services side of the business, including integration and configuration, returns management, and demo-loaner programs. Extron is pioneering the concept of Last Mile Manufacturing, an advanced version of onshoring. Company is also doing some innovative things in the returns management area, which helps companies manage product servicing well past warranty expiration, and which can help companies protect the brand experience. These things have helped the company generate significant new business wins since 2014. On the Knurr product side of the business , company has a blue-chip roster of customers and numerous growth opportunities. The product line is extremely high quality and attractive to many industries. Company is extremely loyal to its employees, which is proven out by the long tenure of most of the staff.

(not really a negative, per se) Company’s lean structure is best for employees who are self-starters and success-driven -- not for individuals that are not performers or need lots of handholding.
