+ I've never learned more at any other company about growing a service (office wellness) and scaling a team, than while at Exubrancy. Being a part of a startup and working with the CEO every day on challenges and plans for the future, is something that every team member has the opportunity to do. Sometimes it can feel like a lot to wrap my head around, but it's so exciting. + Super fulfilling - every time I bring on a new client, I'm exposing employees at their company to something they may have never tried before and they might love, such as office meditation or a regular yoga practice. I know that everyday I'm helping people discover ways to feel better at work, and just be happier with their health overall. + A lot of great office wellness perks - weekly meditation, monthly wellness stipend, regular fitness, meditation, and chair massages auditions when we meet potential new team members, and flexible policy for taking a lunch-time workout break (my favorite one!) + A serious culture of teamwork, and trust from upper management, which feels great. Everyone on the corporate team is always willing to jump in and help out on projects or events even if they don't necessarily fall right into their job description. I actually love this because it gives me the chance to help with things that I might not necessarily ever learn about, such as hiring and communicating with new team members.

+If you're a person who needs a ton of structure when it comes to exact hours and location, at some points during the week we can be super mobile for meetings and events

Very Flexible, Pay is good, and a fairly seamless way to pick up work.. Staff is friendly and easy to contact.

It can be difficult to secure an actual job since it is given to the first person who grabs it and you have to be quick.Currently all openings seem to fall on the same day
