      Seems like there is some re-organizations going on and I think they are for the better. I think there were some long overdue changes that are now happening, so it should be a good thing. Time will tell. Being asked to help with producing training materials, which I wish I had when I first came in, but I guess this will help others in the future, so I don't mind too much.

      Definitely having to ask and double check the things being done while going through all these changes. Because the way I was used to doing things are different now, just taking a bit of time to adjust and things are taking longer to get done. Hoping this will go away after a while....

      This place can be great at times, most co-workers are great and understand it's not an easy place to work. Pay is ok, however read cons. You can learn a lot,

      management/owners are toxic, blame every issue on the employees and openly belittle them. Expect things without explaining them correctly. Try to pit employees against other managers to get their way. Actively try not to follow through with promises related to pay/positions. Some non-owner employees are also toxic and on a power trip, steal ideas and push people around instead of training or resolving issues. Kind of company where there's daily water cooler venting conversations about how employees are being treated.
