You will never last at this company unless you work in accounting. They are the only people that can manage to not get fired within a couple of years. Worst HR and people management as well. If you have a problem with a manager, expect to have HR take their side 100% of the time and include them on all discussions even if you only wanted to present your grievance to HR. If they promote you, don't expect them to respect you. They will shoot you down every second they get until someone new comes in that is given all of the control with no proven experience at the company. They also had no problem demoting everyone in the company at the behest of a new COO that had only been there for 1 month. Expect to be micromanaged like you've never been micromanaged before. They could win an award for the amount of standing over your shoulder and playing 20 questions they do with you every 15 minutes. If they don't respect you, expect them to talk past you like you don't exist. You can spend 8 years here and they will refuse to promote you if they don't respect you, so keep that in mind.
