Poor communication, upper management lacks leadership, stores are overbooked and understaffed, unrealistic expectations, company cares more about making money than the patients or the quality of products sold, ineffective business structure, they “cap out” your pay, lack of training, promote people with little to no experience and fire (or push out) others who are great employees for any reason they see fit.
