Great innovative company with competitive benefits and growth. There are many moving pieces within the company so it is easy to find an area and advance within it. The company also has a great culture despite some of the negativity produced from recent acquisitions.

Middle management is inexperienced and short sighted. It makes being productive and pushing new ideas and products through the company nearly impossible. Poor choices were made on Director level managers based on personal relationships rather than skill or experience.
