      Pay extremely well. Some amazing people across all departments of the company.

      New Sales leadership changed culture. Product growth is going backwards and due to some bad acquisitions in the past very gun shy in current market. It's like they are the chip leader at the poker table but they are afraid to leverage their stack....and it's slowing dwindling.
