Great benefits 4. great company culture. 5. company is working hard to stay relevant, increase innovation, and is focusing on making changes for the better Granted, I haven't been here longer than 3 years like some other reviewers and I'm sure there are pockets of areas in the company that have management and gender equality issues. But, I completely disagree with reviewers giving 1 and 2 stars. F5 is a special place- there's such a great work and life balance compared to Amazon, MS, FB, Google, etc. F5 listens, and is actively working on bettering middle-management and gender equality issues.

Difficult to think of anything. Finance systems/processes seem behind the times.
