Benefits and pay are among industry best and work/life balance are very much part of the fabric of day to day operations. For it's customers, F5 builds and maintains positive relationships with its customers and often goes above and beyond when the customer needs support or assistance. The key here, is a fine balance between maintaining realistic expectations while also providing world class customer support.

Svantaggi

F5 can get bogged down in "big corporation" processes. This is likely do to ongoing and consistent growth.

Everyone was supportive and willing to help each other. * The work-life balance was good, and the overall working environment was relatively low stress. * I had opportunities to work on large-scale enterprise products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
