      Currently, I do not see any major challenges in the work environment. As processes are already well organized, occasional innovation-focused activities could add further value.

      1) Learning in different areas 2) You will get a chance to develop multiple skills

      1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
