Good coffee/coffee machine. International team. Flexible start time. Some nice people and after work events.

Culture where you feel like you're doing something wrong by just being there. Unreasonable and conflicting expectations from management. Doing the right thing is a flip of a coin. Backword company, not really caught up with the world. Remaining/new management seem to have no plan for the future. Constant stress the company is going under. People in management that should not be in management. Blaming everyone else for everything.
