We're always trying our best to build a sense of belonging for all Farfetchers so we really appreciate this feedback. In our most recent engagement survey, 88% of Farfetchers felt included as part of the team when they're with their coworkers. We have implemented multiple tools to make global communications between teams and offices a seamless experience and we're continuously making improvements. For example, we're currently improving our video conferencing system to make life easier for all Farfetchers! We're proud of all the amazing things we achieved in 2018, including our IPO that enabled us to deliver value to our investors but also to Farfetchers, sharing our long term success through equity.
