Good benefits scheme for non-temporary employees; Some flexibility when it comes to working hours, normally pre-discussed with management and only under special circumstances (i.e. you need to leave early for a medical appointment, but you'll compensate that time later in the day/week).

Svantaggi

Micromanagement; Supervisors spend more time in meetings than supporting their agents; Supervisors agree to everything their higher management requests, even though they don't really know the core of what agents do (in terms of company procedures). Most of the changes are not even feasible, but they agree to them, compromising the team's work and well-being; Lack of quality evaluations, they're only focused on the number of cases you solve per day; Agents are pressured all the time and supervisors imply that your job is at risk, instead of actually helping you increase your productivity and be better at your role; People are afraid to speak up to their supervisors, as suggestions are often rejected or even forgotten; Fake one-year term contracts, as they're constantly letting people go and hiring new agents; Either you force yourself to have a "sheep" mentality and agree to everything, or you're seen as an outlier who's not fit for Farfetch's values; No room for growth within the team OR the company.
