Lack of focus on creativity for client projects and the companies own brand. The creative team is often restricted and isn't able to showcase ideas that are "out of the box" for fear the client won't like it. We give the client exactly what they request never making recommendations to better the creative for campaigns. This leaves little opportunity to expand on my experience and portfolio. The FARM "brand" is just words and doesn't have any depth. The company does not invest in their people not for training or salary. The physical environment that we work in is not inspiring and there is nothing fun about it. The furniture is from the 80's and is reused from the previous building owner, the only new stuff is in the sectioned off leadership team area.
