NON! The team are friendly but the bosses are horrible

A very toxic unstable environment where your bosses constantly threaten to fire staff members, sexually assault interns and no structure. A company where the bosses do not know anything about the industry they are in. They set unrealistic targets and with no direction or understanding about what they want. They have no respect for their employees. Every single month they fire and hire new team members just because they 'do not like them'. They falsely advertise the job as they have NO clients at all because no brand wants to work with them. As part of your job you must get them clients unless you will be fired.....this not a PR's job. Both bosses are in a relationship with each other yet the one that runs the UK office is constantly sexually assaulting the interns (it was reported to the police FYI) and the other boss that is his fiancé covers it up for him. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK

Other nice employees there who also left quickly

I worked there a few years ago and was curious to see if they were still operating. So shocked to discover that they are! The owners have no clue what they are doing and the female boss is a doormat to the male boss, they are engaged yet he cheats on her regularly with the female interns. He also has a fetish for Asian women. Like I said, they both have no clue what they are doing and nobody in the fashion or art industry know about them or would take them seriously if they did. Very sad people and creepy too! Have removed this from my CV and advise everyone to do the same as it’s an embarrassment. Would rate it less but there are no -0 stars
