Very lenient. Enough time to produce projects. A lot of support.

Some employees charge extra hours on their timesheet and company allows it, they actually compensate them with OT check for those who get paid salary (ironic but true). HR/Accounting person is literally crazy. She'll change your hours on your timesheet and come up with some excuse to not pay you what you are entitled to. Good people get screwed over and bad people get away with things. On a side note, company is very old school and not very open to new ideas. Still stuck in dinosaur design.

This company has been in business for over 50 years. There is plenty of work to go around for everyone. They will accommodate your work schedule hours if needed. The work schedule is 9 hours a day and 1/2 day every Friday is a great perk! Benefits are good. Management takes good care of their employees.

There is no con. I am happy to be working here.
