Vantaggi
Very good people - including some very talented, very ambitious creative directors. The actual creative team is small - so you can get to work on big projects, across all media, without battling to the top of an heirarchy. Very smart offices (on the outside) with great transport links. mid-size - not too big, and not too small. The agency has the ambition to be a leader. And after some very painful restructuring, they might have the mix right. No silos, no in-house production. Part of an international network - so there's a chance of transferring, and your experience will be recognised everywhere.
Svantaggi
Lots of cheifs and only a few indians - the structure is very top heavy. it feels like the pay might be on the low side. You have to produce a lot of boring work, and the more exciting projects are often let down by poor production. Without any in-house production staff, you have to rely on external production companies which have let us down. The actual office feels about as creative as a call centre. And Victoria isn't the coolest area of london, no other agencies nearby. In the creative dept, chances of promotion or training are pretty much nil.
