A watered down shift drink

We would routinely come in when it was 100 degrees, have to work in the heat and sun, with no access to Gatorade/sunscreen/any perks while the restaurant was extremely over staffed and you weren’t allowed to leave. Cuts were never made even if it was raining and no one was coming in. Select favorites would make $800 a day while most of us barely made $150 after 12 hours there

Pay was above average compared to other restaurants

Unbelievably toxic work environment. Little to no training - usually just thrown to the wolves and then blamed when things go wrong.
