Heavy workload, low salary - Recensione dipendente - Title Officer presso FCT

Salary does not match the amount of work that is expected. High stress role. When others on your team are off, you are expected to cover for them while also managing your own very heavy work load. Training was a joke. There is no structured training. You are paired with a senior officer to train, and you just have to hope that you were shown all that you need to succeed in the role. I'd think twice before applying here.
