Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Your advice to management makes sense, we are always looking for ways to improve communication and contact with our remote workforce. We have a number of initiatives in place to support our people throughout training and whilst on site, some of the initiatives have been developed with our consultants. The Consultant Peer Support, Mentoring, HR support and Business Development Managers providing technical and professional advice. This support is currently available to all of our consultants. In our UK business around 30% of our staff are now into their 3rd year and beyond so meaningful contact and support is vital. That is why we value feedback and advice from our staff and customers to continually look into ways we can keep improving the experience of all our people.
