Very flexible work hours and relaxed environment. Employees can work remotely on a regular basis, and can even take Monday/Friday off every alternate week! Work-life balance is great. The staff is fantastic; many of them have been with the company for many years. The company will always go the extra mile when it comes to allowing compassionate leave (and at times even providing travel fare under such circumstances!).

Very little communication between the managers. People seldom hold themselves accountable for a certain task, and there's a dearth of professionalism. The company is as bad at hiring as it is at firing (which has to be necessary in some cases, surely?). No exit strategy in place for employees who are leaving, either. Lots of passive aggressive behavior, mostly coming from certain senior managers. Poor salaries in general and no bonuses handed out in years.

Work/Life balance. People are more important than generating revenue. When personal struggles occur, the company provides a tremendous amount of support both financially and with time off.

Disjointed management structure. No strategic direction. Everyone works at the discretion of the CEO. Passive aggressive management style. People work in silos.
