Salary not competitive for juniors. FAAAR better than WITCH companies and the big 4 consulting firms in India. FAAR FAAR Better but still nothing compared to other product based firms. Usually, only places better than this are the FAANG Companies and Flipkarts/Walmarts of the world. If you just want to grind for 16 hours a day and you are expecting explosive growth then this place is not for you. You are not compensated for that, neither will you have enough work to actually even grind. It's a chill corporate company with good culture. Worst suited for - young people with ambition and grind mindset. Want to learn 15 new technologies every year ? Want to put in the work and double you salary in just 1 year ? Want to grind 16 hrs a day ? Want to have a toxic addiction to work ? Have a genuine passion for computer science ? Prefer coding rather than meetings and bureaucracy ? This place is NOT for you
