Management are just awful constantly playing games making the junior employees do the work while they take the credit. They can also be rude and treat people very badly. The most inappropriate persons are promoted for reasons that have nothing to do with work ethic or intelligence, this is especially prevalent when you look at the legal department. HR are non existent. Promotions and pay rise is difficult to achieve no matter how committed. This is not a nice place to work with many past employees have left in very negative circumstances.
