Vantaggi

Some nice people on my team, free snacks, good amount of time off.

Svantaggi

I worked out of the NY office and left last year. My team was losing clients and people and other teams in this office were experiencing the same thing. I'm told the same continues today. The office itself is horrible. Old, dirty and run down. No "life" to the office, very boring, not fun at all. CEO does not interface with staff and can walk right by you in the hall without saying hello. Pay is low, the place I am at now pays so much more at each level and is a lively place to be at. Agency is only growing by buying other agencies that I hear are also failing. Bad scene in NYC although not sure about working in the other locations.

Finn Partners Response - Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you had a negative experience during your time at Finn Partners. Your feedback is not at all consistent with the results of our annual employee survey and also is not consistent with other feedback on glassdoor. Since our launch five years ago Finn Partners has grown organically by an average of 12% each year. Overall we have grown faster than that due to acquisitions. Of course, some groups do better than others from year to year. Our staff turnover is about ½ of the industry average, and our account turnover is also lower than average. Vantaggi

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Svantaggi

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
