Not a place for someone with experience who hasn't worked for the company because they will try to convince you your experience is irrelevant.. They cant ever hold on to apprentices and as a result of that experienced employees are having to do two jobs act as a stylist/colourist yet constantly asist every one else.The pay isn't good unless you dedicate years to this company because you have huge deductions off the top. Also strict work environment for no reason

sometimes long shifts, minimum 9 hours work evenings, weekends, and holidays no overtime or WSIB not guaranteed a lunch break pressure to sell products no hourly pay (if on commission) clients can be irrational can be very stressful no proper staff room, cant bring a hot lunch, usually no where to sit on lunch break other than next to a pile of trash.
