It's a horrendously run company that tries to hire foreigners to look cooler to the outside world.
People are rewarded only for how many hours they put in, even if they don't do anything at work. The direction of the company changes with the mood of the CEO. Turnover is extremely high because people work on months on projects only to have them squashed when the CEO wakes up on the wrong side.
Also, they keep hiring new grads even as senior people leaves. Last year there were 30 new people with no senior people to train them, all because the CEO likes "fresh minds". Talk about waste of lives and money...
