Pay comes about once a week now. Some clients are very nice and give you tips.

Unreliable workload: sometimes no work for days at a time. Pay is piecemeal; no work means no pay. Sometimes long drives to clients, depending where you live. No benefits; need to provide your own vehicle and tools.
