Very negative culture - Recensione dipendente - Manufacturing Technician presso FLIR

Company culture was generally toxic. It was a horrible experience that I would not wish upon anyone. People were just not very nice there. Casual sexism/racism/homophobia was commonplace, also making personal remarks on people's features, such as weight, baldness, or chronic health conditions. Also, HR does not advocate for employees. When I complained to HR about some of the things I saw, the rep accused me of making it all up and in so many words told me to find a new job. I left shortly after.
