Poor Management - Recensione dipendente - Staff Pharmacist presso FMOL Health

There are worse jobs out there, but as far as hospitals go, this one’s pharmacy is a mess. Management does not seem to care about identifying/fixing issues. Staff generally are left to solve problems on our own with little to no direction. Schedules come out the day before the old one expires. We are regularly understaffed, but are still expected to put out the same amount of work. People get “bullied out” if they cause a stir, or point out issues with management.
